Now, does anyone remember Madonna in "Desperately seeking Susan" ?

Yes, I question the identity here although this photo has been identified as Crawford by other sources.
If it is Crawford, then it is obvious that Madonna's appearance in Desperately Seeking Susan was meticulously modeled on that early photo of Crawford.
Here is a photo showing the photo of the day (left) beside an early photo of Crawford (center) and Madonna in Desperately Seeking Susan on the right.
What do you think? I'm still going with Crawford and copycat Madonna.

Actually it's just Joan's face photoshopped into the Madonna picture...

Actually, It's Madonna's hair and clothes photoshopped into the Joan Crawford picture. Crawford is the original and Madonna is the immitator.
