I love the aged colors. It amazes me that photos of mundane life taken a few decades ago have such an effect when we look at them today. I'm sure a few of the younger subjects in these photos are still living.
I wonder if any of them remember when they were taken, like the soldier and his fiancee. Wouldn't it be something if they (or their children) still had the photo he was taking? They would have to be in their middle to late 80s if they're still around.
