There are posters in English and French on the classroom walls at Notre Dame du Mont Carmel school. On the Maine border with Québec, most of the residents of Lille spoke Valley French as a first language.

This photo just makes me wonder how many people are in therapy via this type of school setting.
Dr X says: a long ago girlfriend of mine was expelled from Catholic school. She's now a psychoanalyst on the east coast. 10 years, four days a week in anaylsis, but you can't really say that it was all about Catholic school ;)
