He's been all but MIA today. One of his last posts Sunday evening:
In thinking about this astonishing week, and what's to come, I want to go on record again as saying that the decision to bring up a child with Down Syndrome is one of the most noble, beautiful and admirable decisions any person can make. That Sarah Palin is doing that says a huge amount in favor of her. The love obviously being shown toward tiny Trig is also about as profound an advertisement for genuine, pro-life Christianity as you can have. It means that, in this respect, Palin has walked the walk of the pro-life movement - in ways that many others have not. In my view, and I mean this as passionately as I mean my criticisms of her public record, this really is God's work.
First, I hope the man is well. Second, it's a peculiar post because he's been blasting Palin relentlessly and, I think, a bit excessively. Maybe he felt a twinge of guilt, but it strikes me as odd that he suddenly drops this paean to raising "tiny Trig." Then he just goes off the air without explanation.
And Kos is deleting posts containing one of the slimier Baby Trig rumors.
Maybe it's nothing, but the confluence of peculiar happenings gets our attention.
"Where Have You Gone Andrew Sullivan?"
All America is asking. Okay, not all America. I'm asking.

This is weird. I do hope everything is alright with Andrew and with Trig.

It's nothing. Barry gave marching orders to his minions. Lay off the smears and lay off the family.

Sullivan finally lost it. He was taken away for an extended rest.
Seriously, this is odd. Sullivan has dropped out without a word. Ordinarily, when he takes time off, guest bloggers fill in for him. Something unusual is definitely going on.

He's not blogging today. I'm afraid something serious has happened.
