Google Maps took all of about a minute to find the third picture's location (I guessed it was the town clerk's office). Go to Google Maps and search for "72 Main St, Southington, CT" then do street view and rotate it around. It is the same building. It lacks a little upkeep. There seems to be a war memorial in the street median now, too.
If you look over to the left of the street view in Google Maps you can see that the last picture was taken from the steeple or roof of First Congregational Church.
