Mr. Beck appears to be playing "dance around the question", rather than trying to even provide an off the cuff definition of his statement. This is one particular technique that I am quite hardened to and have come to expect from Mr. Beck and like-minded political pundits who are asked a simple question. It could even be an obvious "yes" or "no" answer to the question, yet this type of personality loves to lead us on a merry quest in circular logic that ends up nowhere.
