Walking Under The Influence Of Cell Phone

In the past three days, I've seen two women trip and fall hard to the sidewalk. Both were talking on cell phones. Neither was seriously injured, but the one who fell this morning tore a hole in the knee of a very nice pair of pants.

WUIC appears to be a growing epidemic in many areas. I have commented numerous times on this disability, but the media in my city are hesitant to publish criticisms of their local constituency, preferring to wait for inevitable and tragic consequences and subsequent story material.
