Some people are calling Benedict's resignation a selfless act, but if he stayed in office, despite suffering the infirmities of aging, some people would say he offered selfless devotion even in great suffering.
This isn't quite a case of the Forer Effect, but it's a close cousin.
Isn't el papa infalliable. That's a whole 'nother affect and result :^)
