Remember when we were kids and we got metal replica revolvers that "shot" strips of caps with real gunpowder and a loud bang? And ran around the neighbourhood shouting, "Stick 'em up! Bang, you're dead!" After which the victim could collapse to the ground with a theatrical cry of distress, and flailing limbs? And no grown-up turned a hair, even when the heavy metal gun was used to provide ones sister with an interesting lifelong scar on her crown?
