On Tuesday, Rush Limbaugh told his listeners that the danger posed by Hurricane Irma is deliberately exaggerated by media to sow fear and panic. It's all part of a liberal plot to hype climate change and sell bottled water and batteries. Yesterday, however, Limbaugh, who is based in South Florida, announced that he's taking a few days off, and he won't explain why he'll be absent because of the "security nature of things." He also said he'll broadcast again next week from "parts unknown." Naturally, people speculate.
Limbaugh has gotten rich off of turning listeners into suckers. Now, after calling Irma a hoax, he slithers away to save his own skin. https://t.co/lDmQfxE6o5— Steven Beschloss (@StevenBeschloss) September 8, 2017
