Interesting. Never knew where that saying came from it just seemed to make sense.

So, I guess you could say..the Cubs were certainly out in left field this season. Poor fellas.

OMG - I have been looking for this action photo of the Cubs for ages. Your note says 1908 vs. the Tigers but I think (can't see it too well) that it's actually a shot of Jack Pfiester pitching against the White Sox in the 1906 World Series - the only Cubs-White Sox World Series. In any case - I need a copy of this for my office. Does anyone know where I can get one? Thanks in advance!!
