Gay people are barbarians? That doesn't even make sense.

I agree with Patricia. Barbarism is fairly subjective, I think. Tonight, a rite of passage began at ten o'clock here in good old cowtown USA (Columbus, Ohio.) We call it Red, White and Boom. Big fire works show. It draws over a million people downtown now. Started out with about 100,000, or so.I have never been to the show. Doubt that I ever will go. I'm not anti-American. Just anti-hype, generally.

Tomorrow, the air will stink of cordite and there will be an account or two of incidents connected with the festivities. Tonight, neighbors detonate, illegally, fireworks they bought legally in Ohio. It is all part of the barbaric ritual of independence and celebration of human spirit. I say: good. Ye Haw. Yippie Ki Yay.

We love barbarism. Keeps us sharp. Big money in it, too. Let's not forget that.
I could do without the country music. But that's why we call it cowtown.

Dr? Bachmann puts the psycho in psychoanalysis??

If I don't get to have gay sex, nobody gets to have it.
