Hormones, Doc. When they decide to kick in, it is a wonderful thing. Mine have kicked out for awhile now and I wonder if I'll ever see energy again.

Maybe you're right, Paul. I'm in male menopause and maybe beyond.

If I really don't feel like going to the gym, my strategy is to go promising myself a less strenuous workout.

Sometimes half the battle is getting to the gym. Even when I do a more toned down work out, just maintaining the routine is more uplifting than missing a day.
