One of my many weather-related fears has to do with lightning. While the chances of being struck are probably small, that video reminds me my fear isn't entirely groundless.

By the way, during a storm several weeks ago, I saw what looked like a lightning strike hitting the top of the Willis Tower. I just assumed it was designed to take such strikes without damage, but maybe it wasn't really a lightning strike. (I was pretty far away, at a bus stop on Chicago Ave. and Western.)

I think I've heard that the Willis Tower, the Hancock and the Trump have been struck many times, and I likewise assume they're designed to handle it without damage.
