Trump during the attempted debate:
"I don't wear masks like him. Every time you see him he's got a mask. He could be speaking 200 ft. away and he shows up with biggest mask I've ever seen."
Also during the attempted debate:
Biden cited an academic study and the head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which estimated masks had the potential to save 100,000 lives by the end of the year.
“Masks make a big difference,” Biden said. “We’d probably save 100,000 lives.”
Trump disputed the estimate. “They’ve also said the opposite,” he said.
“No serious person said the opposite,” Biden replied.
And nevermind the past week, I refuse to deny that eight people in my family got the virus and 2 died, or that over 200,000 people in my country died and many more were left with permanent damage to their health, while the president stubbornly refused to take effective action and actively encouraged confusion about the dangers, the risks of transmission and the ways to reduce risk of transmission of the virus. Some people say it's ugly to bring up President I-Downplayed-It's role in this disaster now that he's tested positive. I say it's unconscionable to pretend that he bears no responsibility for this disaster.
Trump supporters are complaining about liberal ugliness? Did they watch Trump on Tuesday night? Have they listened to him since 2015?
TBT, Trumpers are humiliated by this plot twist. Pointing the finger at liberals is a deflection.
